  1. You need 2 of onions chopped.
  2. Prepare 2-3 of green chilli.
  3. It's 1/3 cup of cashewnuts.
  4. Prepare 2 of tomato.
  5. It's 2 tbsp of dahi.
  6. It's to taste of Salt.
  7. You need Pinch of Turmeric.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  10. You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of ghee/butter.
  12. It's leaves of Chopped coriander.
  13. You need 1/4 tsp of lemon juice.
  14. It's 1/3 cup of Milk.
  15. You need 1/4 cup of malai.
  16. You need of Some charcoal.

Shahi ChickenšŸ² method

  1. Heat some oil put chopped onions and saute till transculent add green chilli n cashews and 1/3 cup of water and cook untill water dries.grind it to make a paste.keep aside..
  2. Marinate chicken with dahi+cumin powder(1 tsp)+lemon juice and keep aside..
  3. Now grind to make properly and make a paste keep it aside.heat 1 tbsp oil and place some marinated chicken pieces.donot add all the pieces together fry in batches and remove in a bowl.And give charcoal smoke..
  4. In that same kadhai add 1 tbsp more oil when oil is hot put grinded tomato paste and saute 2 to 3mins when oil is separated add Turmeric+salt +cumin powder(1 tbsp) saute for some time now add grinded onion cashew paste and mix it well.saute for 5 to 6 mins.add ghee/butter..
  5. Then add 1/4 cup of water and saute for 5 mins add 1/4 cup water and saute 5 mins again add 1/4 cup of water and saute 5mins.Now add chicken pieces and milk(1/3 cup)+ water(1/4 cup) and mix it.cover and cook on a low to medium flame for 10 to 12 mins..
  6. After that put malai + chopped coriander leaves and cook 2mins..
  7. Garnish with some corinder leaves n malai.Serve with naan/Roti/paratha/tandoori roti..
